Josh joined Kingsley Bond in October 2024 as Joint Head of Residential Property, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Before joining Kingsley Bond, Josh honed his skills at a Top 100 law firm, where he excelled as a New Build and Residential Conveyancer. Later, he worked closely with their Director of Property in a strategic capacity, stepping away from fee-earning to focus on enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This diverse background has equipped Josh with a unique perspective and an extensive array of expertise that he now applies to his role. As Joint Head of Residential Property, Josh oversees our conveyancing department, ensuring that Kingsley Bond maintains the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect. His leadership focuses on fostering a client-first approach and delivering seamless property transactions. Outside the office, Josh is a passionate sports enthusiast. When time permits, he enjoys heading to Bath to support his favourite rugby team.
