Liz  qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010 and has a wide knowledge of transactional matters having worked as a Conveyancer for over 20 years and in this time dealing with  freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgage, right to buy and voluntary  lease extensions.

Having worked in many areas of the country, Liz has experience in properties located in rural and central locations.
