As a specialist in new-build transactions, Raam is adept at handling off-plan purchases, contract assignments, and guiding first-time buyers through the process. In addition to his new-build expertise, he has extensive experience in a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages for both first-time buyers and seasoned property investors. Beyond the office, Raam enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active, and occasionally trying his hand at golf. He also takes on DIY projects with enthusiasm, though his self-proclaimed status as a “budding handyman” might not always win unanimous approval at home.
