Our lawyers pride themselves on providing a professional service whilst ensuring that you feel you have a friendly face to turn to in difficult times. It is important when dealing with such personal matters that you feel able to trust and confide in your lawyer and this is something Kingsley Bond strives to provide.

We do not conform to the norm when it comes to fees. We want to ensure our clients are kept fully aware of and in charge of their money. As such, we will aim to provide a fixed fee where possible. For matters that cannot be fixed, we will provide a capped fee, being your worst case scenario. This allows you to budget and plan accordingly and avoids any situation whereby you feel costs have been underestimated. This goes some way to providing our client's with one less thing to worry about.

You will be provided with a dedicated lawyer at the outset who will guide you through your options and assist you in making informed decisions that are right for you and your family. Our lawyers are members of Resolution. They are a national body of lawyers who try and deal with matters in a non-confrontational way where possible. There are times when matters can only be resolved via court proceedings, if this is necessary, our lawyers are experts in dealing with proceedings and will ensure they work hard to resolve matters with your best interests in mind.

We advise on the following family law matters:
Divorce
Separation after marriage prior to a divorce
Separation after a cohabiting relationship
Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
Cohabitation Agreements

Children disputes
Grandparents' "rights"

The list is not exhaustive. If you have a query relating to family law not outlined above, please do get in touch to discuss whether we can help you.

We offer a free half hour consultation at our offices or over the phone. In this meeting we will take details of your circumstances and provide you with your options to move the matter forward. We will also provide you with a clear fee structure setting out the fixed and capped fees we will charge you should you choose to instruct us to act on your behalf.
